Refund & Cancellation Policy
Standard policy — the Academy should confirm the exact terms before launch.
How it works
Fee, batch and refund terms for your program are confirmed in writing during counselling and admission — before you pay. Those written terms, along with this page, govern your enrolment.
Cancellations by you
If you need to cancel or move your batch, tell us as early as possible. Requests made before the batch starts are generally eligible for a batch transfer or a refund as per the written terms shared at admission. Once a batch has started, fees are generally non-refundable, except as stated in your written terms.
Cancellations by the Academy
If the Academy cancels a batch before it starts, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next batch. If sessions are rescheduled, you will be informed in advance.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Any bank or gateway charges on the original transaction may be deducted where applicable.
